Why is my Validated Cashback amount different from the original tracked order amount?
Amount added to your pending balance is indicative and will depend on the Validation shared by Merchant store. If the order placed by you is either Returned/ Exchanged / Cancelled, the Cashback added in Pending state will be Declined. If multiple items are placed and the order is partially delivered, cashback for only the delivered products will be recalculated and approved.
