What are the steps if my Cashback does not get tracked?
PaisaWapas has a very efficient tracking process. However, if in case your cashback does not get tracked within the Tracking speed mentioned in the Store Page and Missing is Allowed, we would recommend you to follow the steps mentioned below:
Login to your PaisaWapas Account.
Click on My Account> Cashback Issues> Missing Cashback
Select Store > Select Date > Order ID > Order Amount Paid > Upload Order Summary Screenshot
Note: Order Summary Screesnhot must include Order ID, Date of Transaction, Product Purchased, and Final Amount paid after deducting any Coupon discounts, etc.
After Raising the Missing Query, our team will review and share the details with the Merchant store and provide an estimated date of validation.
