My Cashback was incorrectly declined for Delivered Order. What should I do?

If your cashback is cancelled by the retailer, your cashback amount for that transaction will be removed from your pending balance. The status of the transaction will be set to cancelled in your cashback activity page.

However, once we receive the Order Delivery Screenshot, we will try to share the feedback with the client.

Store holds sole discretion in determining the validity of a transaction. Unfortunately, once a retailer has made a decision, it is final.
