Why am I unable to cancel the redeem request recently placed?

When a user places a redeem request, default status is in Pending, once the request is OTP Verified it moves to In Progress State. A user has an access to cancel a request placed only in Pending state until it is OTP verified.

If the user still wants to cancel the request when it is IN PROGESS state, he must immediate connect with our Support team to get the request cancelled on priority basis.

Note: Only Requests available IN PROGRESS can be cancelled by our Finance team if informed within a sufficient timeline.
