When I attempt to place a new redeem request, it shows an error that " A request is already in progress for redeeming the Cashback/Reward ", why?

This information is shown on the website when you have already placed  a redeem request and it is neither Cancelled/ Completed yet. We recommend checking on Request History under My Account Section to check the current state.
