Precautions taken up by Amazon.in to curb Fraudulent transaction?

To curb gift cards misuse on Amazon, they have introduced claim level user checks on Amazon.in. You may refer to Amazon.in updated TnCs. 

 

  1.   A customer can add a maximum of INR50,000 of Amazon Pay Gift cards(or Amazon Shopping Voucher) in a calendar month. 
  2.   The Add Gift Card to balance limit Includes purchases from all sources.
  3. A customer might need to go through additional verification during the addition of Amazon Pay Gift card .
  4. Amazon reserves the right to modify this (Add Gift Card to balance) limit at any point of  time.
  5. Add Gift Card to balance Limit resets at the beginning of each calendar month , a customer can resume adding Gift-card after this reset.
